Shipping & Returns
Only products purchased online may be returned to us for refund or exchange. If your purchase was made at a retail location, please make returns at that same location.
We regret return shipping fees are not refundable unless merchandise is received damaged or we made an error.
We ship freshly made goods that are expected to have a shelf life of a minimum of 12 months from receipt. We cannot accept returns on items that have spoiled due to inappropriate storage (eg. left outdoors/unclaimed shipments left in the heat for extended periods of time, items stored in direct sunlight).
We accept returns on skin care that contain at least 75% of their original content (that is, we do not refund products that have more than this amount used).

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the Order Number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
We thoroughly investigate every damage claim.
